Kousma Builders serves the Willard and surrounding areas, including but not limited to: Holiday Lakes, Plymouth, Attica, Greenwich, Norwalk, and Monroeville. We can always build on your land/property but we also have properties available.
Currently, we are building homes in Willard in between Woodbine and Maplewood (location of the old hospital). There are nine home sites available and there is still time to add some customization to them. If you are interested in one of these sites, please contact us.
